You can cancel your Pre-Opening Offer membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be available, and the membership cannot be frozen or paused.
Exceptions may be considered for 5-year memberships on a case-by-case basis where unforeseen circumstances arise. Members should contact the Management Team to discuss their circumstances, after which each case will be reviewed as necessary.
